Nowadays, there is a feeling, at the most advanced heights of the contemporary art world that to make art we have to forget about art. Forget about tradition and forget about art theory. If it is like art, it probably doesn't look like art. If, let's say, "abstract painting" looks like art, then we have our doubts. The press release is not likely to change that. More often it simply announces that kitsch will meet us. And sometimes the sheer absence of a press release is even a sign that art is around. Maybe a press release cannot precede art. But generously it can follow...

Like is a selection of Toke Lykkeberg's portfolio. The exhibition consists of non-artworks previously shown by Toke Lykkeberg during the course of his time as the gallerist of IMO Projects. In addition, the exhibition opened with a commissioned performance-lecture by Toke Lykkeberg.
